ABOUT

Since 1964, Gloucester County Christian School has been a testimony of God’s faithfulness. What began with a small group of committed Christian parents on a former Nike missile base has grown into a thriving ministry with a legacy of academic excellence and spiritual impact. Now a ministry of Hardingville Bible Church, GCCS serves students from Kindergarten through 12th Grade in a Christ-centered environment, equipped with modern facilities—including a full-size gymnasium, chapel, science labs, and dedicated learning spaces. Come be part of a story that God is still writing—where students grow in knowledge, faith, and purpose. As a proud member of the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS) and the Garden State Association of Christian Schools (GSACS), GCCS is committed to upholding high standards of Christian education at both the national and state levels.

Statement of Faith

At Gloucester County Christian School, our vision is to equip students with a strong academic foundation, a vibrant faith, and a heart for service. In partnership with parents, we prepare young men and women to lead with integrity, live by biblical truth, and impact their communities and the world for Jesus Christ.

Our Vision

Gloucester County Christian School partners with Christian parents to provide a Christ-centered education rooted in God’s Word (Deuteronomy 6:6–9; Proverbs 22:6). We aim to integrate biblical truth into every subject, offer strong academics with opportunities in fine arts and athletics, teach core Christian doctrines, lead students to a personal relationship with Christ, encourage daily Christian living, and develop godly leaders for the home, church, and nation.

Our Mission

Gloucester County Christian School operates as a ministry of Hardingville Bible Church, serving families from both the church and other like-minded, gospel-centered local congregations. The school’s administrative team functions as a Christ-centered ministry with a commitment to providing quality Christian education. Leadership is composed of the Administrative Team, the Senior Pastor of Hardingville Bible Church, and a school board consisting of the church’s deacons to provide guidance and support. Together, the Senior Pastor and deacons of Hardingville Bible Church form the governing body of the school, ensuring that all decisions align with the mission and values of both the school and the church.

Leadership

Christ-Centered. Academically Strong. Eternally Focused.

At Gloucester County Christian School, our mission is more than a statement—it’s a daily pursuit. We partner with Christian parents to provide a Christ-centered education rooted in the truth of God’s Word (Deuteronomy 6:6–9; Proverbs 22:6). Every lesson, activity, and interaction is designed to develop students who glorify God and make an eternal impact for Christ.

Our students are equipped with a solid academic foundation, a vibrant personal faith, and a heart for meaningful service. From the classroom to the athletic field, from music rehearsals to chapel messages, everything we do points students toward a life of integrity, leadership, and purpose—grounded in biblical truth.
