High School
We belong to the Tri-State Christian Athletic Conference. Our girls play Soccer, Basketball, and Softball. The boys compete in Soccer, Basketball, and Baseball. A one day Cross-Country meet and two one day Track meets are held in the fall and spring. We also compete in tournaments within the Garden State Association of Christian Schools. Our emphasis is on Christian character and sportsmanship — even above winning the contest.

Sports at GCCS
Soccer
Soccer season begins with tryouts in the early fall for both Junior Varsity and Varsity boys and girls. The season involves multiple practices each week after school, 15-20 games, and often multiple tournaments. All home games take place at GCCS. All Varsity practices determined and announced by Head Coaches.

Basketball
Basketball season begins with tryouts in the late fall for all Junior High, JV, and Varsity teams. The season involves multiple practices each week after school, approximately 25 games, and often multiple tournaments. All home games take place at GCCS.

Baseball & Softball
Baseball & Softball season begins with tryouts in the early spring for both Varsity and Jr. High teams. The season involves multiple practices each week after school, 15-20 games, and playoff tournaments. All home games take place at GCCS.

Track & Field
Track and Field begins in the spring for both boys and girls. The season involves multiple practices each week during PE and both a conference and regional track meet. Track meet locations will be posted on the school athletic calendar.
Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 4 x 100, 4 x 200 m, 4 x 400 m, shot-put, long jump, softball throw.
Elementary Intramurals
Students in grades first through six participate in an exciting intramural program. Soccer, Basketball, and Softball are played in a scaled-down version of these popular youth games. The games are after school during the week.
