Dawn Hunter, Elementary & High School Faculty

Dawn Hunter, Elementary & High School Faculty ~ Dawn Hunter is a member of the physical education department at GCCS where she teachers Kindergarten through 6^th grade and 7^th-12^th girls PE classes. Dawn has been involved in education for 16 years, all at GCCS, where she has also been an aide, Elementary Intramural Sports Coordinator, Snackbar advisor (`12/`13, `17/`18, and `19/`20) and is a Google Level 1 Certified Educator. She was also an active member and leader of our PACE organization (2006-2018) and a Jr. High Girls Soccer Coach (2012-2015). Dawn and her husband Dave have been married 18 years and have three daughters who are all alumni of GCCS (Felicia – Class of 2012, Megan & Lauren – Class of 2018). Dawn enjoys being active in Bible studies and her church’s VBS and Awana programs, and when not working enjoys time with her family and competing in Fitbit challenges – especially against coworkers Deb DelRosario and Adam Capel.
